Curtis is located in the Medicine Creek Valley of southwest Nebraska on Nebraska Highway 23. Only 40 minutes from 5 different lakes, the hunting and fishing is the best in the region.

Our Mission Statement:

“To Broaden and Stabilize the Economic Base of the Medicine Valley Area.”

To achieve this goal, we offer generous incentives and a willingness to work with local entities to assist your needs, both business and personal. To learn more about incentives, please contact Doug Schultz at 308-367-4122.

Curtis tap water was nationally judged as the best tasting water at the 2014 Great American Water Taste Test as part of the National Rural Water Rally in Washington, D.C.

Why get involved?

It can give you a way to help others. You can make new friends and meet your neighbors. Communities thrive when people are better connected. Local economies expand, businesses succeed, education grows, support systems become more efficient.
